浅析大数据时代的电子政务信息资源采集 被引量:5

Analysis of E-government Information Resources Acquisition in the Age of Big Data

摘要 针对大数据技术的应用给电子政务信息资源采集带来的挑战与机遇,对电子政务信息资源采集在大数据时代出现的诸如采集内容多样化、采集来源多元化、采集方式智能化等新特点进行介绍。同时,分析电子政务信息资源采集原则,提出实行预测需求、按需采集、注重自媒体信息采集、运用新兴技术、尝试采取众包模式等措施,以期用大数据的思维推进电子政务信息资源采集的发展。 Considering the challenges and opportunities that have been brought to the e-government information resources acquisition by the application of the big data, new characteristics of e-government information resources acquisition in the era of big data, such as diversification of content, pluralism of sources, intelligence of collecting pattern, are introduced. Meanwhile, analyzing the principles of e-government information resources acquisition, and putting forward such strategies as forecasting demand and acquisition according to demand, laying emphasis on information acquisition of We Media, applying emerging technologies and trying to take crowdsourcing model, in order to promote the development of e-government information resources acquisition with thought of big data.
