摘要
在社交媒体时代,档案部门在发挥文化传承功能时存在"两难"困境。为解决这个困境,档案部门已拥有一些充分条件。社交媒体是档案部门进行文化传承的加速器,也是具有文化传承功能的档案优先实现社会价值的选择器;档案部门拥有丰富的历史文化信息、可信度高,档案网络信息服务基础较强。在这些基础上,档案部门可以在价值引导、筛选鉴定和加工编辑等方面发挥作用。
In the social media age, the archives encounter a dilemma when their cultural inheritance function. In order to solve this dilemma, this article analyzes some sufficient conditions that an archives has. Social media is an accelerator in cultural inheritance for archives. It＇ s also a selector for the records which have cultural inheritance function to achieve social value. There is rich historical and cultural information in archives, which has high reliability. And the base of archival network information service is strong. On the basis of these conditions, archives can try to play important roles in value guiding, selecting and appraising, modifying and editing.
