摘要
采用国内外两种自钎剂铝钎料以及4047钎料对铝-铝金属进行感应钎焊试验,对三种钎料的铺展润湿性、腐蚀电位以及钎焊接头的力学性能、显微组织、耐蚀性进行了研究。研究结果表明:自钎剂铝钎料与4047钎料对母材铝具有良好的流动性,铺展面积均达到300 mm^2以上;自钎剂铝钎料的自腐蚀电位与耐蚀性均小于4047钎料。钎焊接头经拉伸、爆破后的断裂与破裂位置均处于母材处,其力学性能完全符合冰箱制冷管路的要求;钎缝处钎料扩散充分,钎缝中心主要是由灰白色α-Al固熔体以及树枝状或针状Si相组成。
Two kinds of domestic and abroad self- flux brazing metals and 4047 solder were employed as filler metals to braze aluminum and aluminum materials by induction brazing.Spreading wettability and self- corrosion potential of three filler metals were tested,and mechanical properties,metallographs and corrosion resistance of Al/Al joints were also tested.The results show that both self- flux brazing alloy and 4047 solder have good fluidity on Al substrates,the spreading area reaches more than 300 mm2.The self- corrosion potential and corrosion resistance of self- flux brazing alloy are lesser than that of 4047 solder.The fracture position and rupture position are located in base material and its mechanical properties meet the requirement of freezer pipeLne in the refrigerator.The microstructures of joints are composed of α-Al solid solution(gray) and Si phase(tree- like or needle- like).
