摘要
患儿女,6岁。全身皮肤泛发色素减退斑2年。全身皮肤弥漫性分布粟粒至绿豆大色素减退斑,以腰背部和双小腿伸侧为著,手、足均无受累,触诊有充实、小结节状感觉。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,真皮乳头层见块状嗜酸性样物质沉积,刚果红染色(+)。诊断:色素异常性皮肤淀粉样变。
A 6-year-old girl was referred to our out-patient elinie with /he chief complaint of hypopigmented macules o- ver her whole body for 2 years. Clinical examination showed diffuse, millet-tu green bean-sized, hypopig- mented maeules over the whole body except hands and feet. Palpation felt solid nodules. Histopathologic examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis and deposition eosinophilic substance in the dermal papillary lay- er. Congu red staining was positive. Diagnosis was dyschrumiea culls amyloidosis.
