微创钢板内固定治疗尺骨骨折的疗效研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对微创钢板内固定治疗尺骨骨折的临床效果进行研究。方法选取于2014年1月~2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的50例尺骨骨折患者,随机分为两组分别采用切开复位钢板内固定术与微创钢板内固定术进行治疗,对两种治疗方法的临床效果进行比较。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、切口长度、愈合时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,并且术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微创钢板内固定治疗尺骨骨折能够取得显著的临床效果,具有手术时间短、创伤小以及患者恢复快等诸多优点,并且降低了并发症发生率。 Objective The clinical effect of minimal y invasive plate fixation in treatment of ulnar fracture is to be studied. Methods 50 patients of ulnar fracture were chosen who were received and treated in hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 and the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given open reduction fixation treatment and the treatment group was given minimal y invasive plate fixation treatment. And then the clinical treatments were compared between two groups. Results The operation time,incision length,recovery time and hospitalization days of study group were much shorter than those of control group. The complication incidence of study group was significantly lower than that of control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimal y invasive plate fixation treatment in treatment of ulnar fracture is much more effective. It is conducive to reducing operation time,promoting recovery and decreasing complication incidence. Such a treatment method is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied in clinic.
