基于大数据视角的京港澳高速湖南段拥堵治理探究 被引量：1

摘要 论文基于大数据的视角,分析了京港澳高速湖南段拥堵的现状,及造成拥堵问题的主要原因,提出了解决京港澳高速湖南段拥堵问题的治理策略:一是全面收集拥堵原始、基础信息;二是精准发掘处理拥堵信息;三是及时发布疏导方案信息;四是建立应急救援的数据协调管理机制,实现高速公路拥堵治理的信息化、现代化,最终提升高速公路整体治理水平,实现人、车、路和谐统一。
