摘要
新形势下,中医药事业发展对中医医院文化建设提出了新要求,人民群众对中医医院健康服务提出了新需求,医药卫生体制改革的不断推进为中医医院发展带来了新变化。中医医院文化建设必须立足当下,创新思路、深挖内涵,在时代的要求下推动中医医院核心价值观建设,一要在价值共识上求突破,二要在认知认同上求突破,三要在融入贯穿上求突破,四要在践行转化上求突破,从而使中医医院文化建设更好的促进中医医院科学发展。
