摘要
目前国内大多数高校都在进行体育教材改革,而普拉提就是一种非常理想的大学体育教材,它完全符合大学生的生理、心理特点,当然光是把普拉提用于体育课是远远不够的,我们还需要探索最佳的教学方式和方法。该文探讨了"健身普拉提课"引入高校的意义、可行性,提出在普通高校公共体育课教学方法的基础上进行改革,旨在进一步激发大学生对公共体育课的兴趣,引导和激发学生自觉积极地参加体育锻炼,对实施大学生素质教育以及加强学生的终身体育意识是相吻合的。
Most of the current domestic colleges and universities sports teaching reform can be carried out, and pilates is a kind of ideal university sports teaching material, it completely accords with the physiological and psychological characteristics of college students, of course the pilates for PE alone are not enough, we also need to explore the best teaching way and method. This article discusses the "fitness pilates class" introduced the significance, feasibility, in the ordinary university public physical education teaching method is put forward on the basis of the reform, aims to further stimulate students interest in public physical education, guide and inspire students to actively take part in physical exercise consciously, to implement students' quality education and strengthening students' lifetime sports consciousness is consistent.
