摘要
本试验建立了高效液相色谱法测定癸氧喹酯干混悬剂含量的方法。采用XTerra C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:水+乙腈+甲醇(20:3:77);检测波长为265 nm。实验表明在10-60μg/m L的浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.8%;RSD=0.64%。该方法简便、快速,能准确、有效地测定癸氧喹酯干混悬剂的含量。
The study established the method to scale the concentration of Decoquinate dry suspension by HPLC. XTerra C 18 column(150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used under the wave length 265nm,The ratio of Water.Acetronitrile: Methyl alcohol was 20:3:77,. The results showed that the linearity was well under the range of 10 - 60μg/mL(r = 0.9999), the average recovery rate was 99.8 % and the RSD was 0.64%. The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable to determine the concentration of Decoquinate dry suspension.
