摘要
目的分析我国医院输血科现行人才培养上存在的问题,探索合理且有效的输血科创新型人才培养模式,评价其临床推行的可行性。方法以内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市作为调研目的地,采用分层抽样的调研方法,通过自编一般情况调查表对呼和浩特市管辖范围内的10家医院(5家三级医院,5家二级医院)输血科共60名工作人员进行问卷调查。本次调研共发放调查问卷60份,回执得到有效问卷60份,有效应答率是100%。结果 60名输血科工作人员中,70%(42名)认为创新型人才培养中存在培养观念落后的问题,66.67%(40名)认为存在培养专业的方法和内容陈旧的问题,86.67%(52名)认为实践训练环节薄弱,83.33%(50名)认为管理和激励机制欠完善,56.67%(34名)认为培养技术简单落后。结论针对我国医院输血科现行人才培养上存在的问题,要注重对技术技能型和科研创新型人才的培养,应从明确输血科专业定位,及时更新教学内容和教学方法,完善实践机制,重视实践管理,创新激励机制等方面入手,探索并制定合理的输血科创新型人才培养模式。
Objective to analyze the problems existing in the current talent training on blood transfusion of hospital, to explore a reasonable and effective blood transfusion kechuang new personnel training mode, evaluation of its clinical feasibility. Methods Inner Mongolia Hohhot as a study destination, using stratified sampling survey method, through the self-made general question- naire of Hohbot within the jurisdiction of the 10 hospitals has 5 (including 5 tertiary hospital, secondary hospital transfusion branch, a total of 60 staff questionnaire investigation. The survey of the questionnaires 60, effectively 60 questionnaires, acknowl- edgement effective response rate is 100%. Results 60 transfusion department staff, 70% (42) thought culture ideas behind the problems existing in the innovative talent training, 66.67% (40) think that training methods and contents of the old problems, a weak 86.67% (52) said the practice training, 83.33% (50) think that management and incentive mechanism is inadequate, 56.67% (34) think that simple culture techniques lag behind. Conclusions For blood transfusion of hospital of our country present the existing problems in personnel training, should notice to skilled technology and scientific research and the cultivation of innovative talents, we should clear blood transfusion professional positioning, update teaching content and teaching method, improve the mechanism of the practice, attaches great importance to the practice of management, innovation incentive mechanism and other as- pects, to explore and formulate reasonable transfusion kechuang new personnel training mode.
