摘要
提出了一种具有陷波特性的宽带微带线-槽线巴伦。通过采用阶梯型阻抗变换器,拓宽了巴伦的工作带宽。同时,在微带线的开路枝节上增加了一个1/4波长的开路枝节,使得巴伦可以在所需的频段内实现陷波特性。仿真结果表明,巴伦除在1.25~1.46 GHz频带内实现陷波外,在0.38~2 GHz频带内反射系数均〈-10 d B,插入损耗均优于-1.8d B。
A broadband mierostrip line to slotline balun with band notched characteristic is proposed. A broad operating band can be obtained by using a quarter-wave impedance transformer of 2 steps. A notched band can be re- alized by inserting a quarter-wave open stub on to the open stub of microstrip. The simulated results show that the im- pedance bandwidth with reflection coefficients less than - 10 dB and insert loss better than - 1.8 dB covers 0. 38 - 2 GHz except the notched band 1.25 - 1.46 GHz.
