摘要
文章针对深潜器耐压壳体电缆填料函间隙泄漏,建立填料函间隙泄漏模型,并进行间隙泄漏量的理论分析;根据填料函泄漏量的影响因素,设计泄漏量正交仿真组,利用计算机仿真技术对各试验组的填料函间隙泄漏模型进行仿真分析,得出各仿真模型泄漏发生时的动态过程,并计算出各模型的泄漏量。运用矩阵分析法对各模型泄漏量进行计算分析,得出各因素对泄漏量的影响权重。
To solve the clearance leakage of cable stuffing, a leakage model of clearance leakage is established and a theoretical analysis is given to the leakage amount of the model. Orthogonal experiment groups are designed according to the factors of clearance leakage, the leakage model of each experiment is analyzed by computation al fluid dynamics method with the dynamic courses gained and the leakage amount calculated. Every leakage amount is analyzed through matrix, which shows the influencial impact for various factors.
