摘要
教师自身素质是增强课堂教学效果、提高教学质量的关键。为此,教师要广泛涉猎、积蓄扎实的知识底蕴;要苦练教学基本功、增强教学的艺术性;要采用先进科学的教学方法。
A teacher's self diathesis is the key of building-up the classroom teaching result and improving the teaching quantity. therefore, the teacher must study widely ,save firm knowledge and practise the teaching basic skill hardly, to build up the art of the teaching; we must change the teaching idea in time and adopt advanced scientific teaching method.
