摘要
为了合理设计采空区注氮防火方案,以南山矿18-5采空区为研究背景,利用FLUENT软件,结合含变渗透系数的Forchheimer运动方程,对具有抽放巷和注氮管的复杂采空区模型三维流场进行了数值分析。结果表明,大流量注氮在采空区浅部即可取得很好的氧气惰化效果,随着注氮管的深入,惰化效果逐渐降低;小流量注氮取得的惰化效果具有相反的变化趋势,即二者存在不同的最佳注氮位置;受抽放巷影响,模型回风侧存在氧气富集区,仅靠注氮无法对其有效稀释,应配合工作面长距离封堵,减弱高抽巷引起的漏风。依据研究结论和现场施工条件,设计了合理的防火方案,在注氮工作之前,应首先对采空区规模、通风条件和制氮设备能力进行预先评估。
To reasonably design a nitrogen injection project for fire control,based on the 18-5goaf in Nanshan Mine,the FLUENT combing with Forchheimer motion equation of changing permeability coefficient was used to numerically analyze the 3Dflow field of complex goaf model,including drainage laneway and nitrogen injection pipes.The results show that large flux injection in superficial part of the goaf can obtain better dilute effect and worse effect along with the depth of injection pipes,but small flux injection has inverse trend of injection effect with increasing injection pipe depth.In other words,the optimum injection position is different between two injection patterns.Influenced by the drainage laneway,since a rich oxygen area forms in the return air side of the goaf which cannot be diluted only by the nitrogen injection,blocking in long distance should be applied on working face to reduce air leakage caused by the drainage laneway.Besides,a reasonable fire control project was designed according to the research conclusion and site construct conditions.Goaf size,ventilation pattern,and nitrogen-making equipment capacity should be evaluated before the nitrogen injection.
