摘要
本文主要阐述了新的形势下图书馆员应加强职业道德建设。加强职业道德建设应从政治学习、业务学习等方面着手,树立起全心全意为读者服务的思想。
This paper mainly states that librarians should strengthen their professional standard in the new situation. To stress professional moral construction, we should begin with political study, professional knowledge study and to serve the readers heart and soul.
