摘要
目的比较显微手术夹闭及血管栓塞术在脑动脉瘤治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾2013年1月—2014年12月该院收治的60例脑动脉瘤患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同设为观察组和对照组,其中观察组行显微手术夹闭治疗,对照组行血管栓塞术。比较两组的手术情况、治疗效果和格拉斯评分。结果观察组各项观察指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论显微手术夹闭治疗脑动脉瘤具有血管栓塞术所不具备的优点,仍是经典治疗方法。
Objective To compare the microsurgery clip and vascular embolization in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms.Methods 60 patients with cerebral aneurysms were chosen in January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital and analyzed the clinical datas, according to the different set of treatment as the observation group and control group, the observation group treated microsurgery clip, the control line vascular embolization.Comparing the situation of surgery in two groups, treatment effect and GCS.Results The observation indexes of the observation group were superior than the control group, the difference was statistically significant,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Microsurgery clip had a better curative effect in the treament of brain aneurysm,was worthy of popularization and application.
