摘要
目的评价磁共振(MRI)在膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变方面的诊断价值。方法选取该院2012年3月—2014年9月期间收治的86例膝关节病变患者,在术前对其进行MRI检查,并观察和分析其诊断结果。结果 MRI诊断膝关节半月板病变的准确性、特异性及敏感性分别90.4%、94.1%、92.5%,诊断膝关节软骨病变的准确性、特异性及敏感性分别为41.2%、94.1%、65.3%。结论 MRI在诊断膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变方面具有较高的特异性,能早期确定膝关节病变,从而为临床治疗提供影像学支持。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the knee joint meniscus and artic-ular cartilage lesions in terms of. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2012 March -2014 year in September during the treated 86 cases of knee joint disease patients, MRI was performed on the pre operation, and the observation and analysis of the results of the diagnosis. Results MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of knee joint meniscus accuracy, specificity and sensitivity were 90.4%, 94.1%, 92.5%, diagnosis of knee joint cartilage lesions of the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity were 41.2%, 94.1%, 65.3%. Conclusion MRI has higher specificity in the diagnosis of knee joint meniscus and articular cartilage lesions, early deter-mination of knee joint diseases, so as to provide support for the clinical treatment of imaging.
