摘要
目的观察慢性前列腺炎患者使用全程系统化护理干预的治疗效果。方法选取该院2013年5月—2014年5月收治的100例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者使用常规护理的方法进行护理,观察组患者使用全程系统化护理干预的方法进行护理。两组患者护理完成后比较两组患者的护理效果、生活质量评分、CPSI评分以及患者对护理的满意程度。结果两组患者在经过护理后均有所好转,但观察组患者的总有效率98%明显优于对照组患者的总有效率80%,观察组患者的生活质量评分(688.95±95.85)分明显优于对照组患者的生活质量评分(512.85±83.95)分,观察组患者的CPSI评分(16.02±2.87)分明显优于对照组患者的CPSI评分(20.27±3.84)分。观察组患者对护理的满意程度评分(8.54±1.46)分明显优于对照组患者对于护理的满意程度评分(5.12±1.03)分。所有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对慢性前列腺炎患者进行护理的过程中,使用全城系统化护理的方法效果更佳,患者的各项评分以及患者对护理的满意程度明显更好,在实际的护理过程中值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of whole systematic nursing intervention on patients with chronic prostati-tis. Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitis admit tedto the hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and random-ly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing, while those in the observation group were given the whole systematic nursing intervention. After nursing, the nursing effi-cacy, quality of life score, CPSI score and patient＇s satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were compared. Results After nurs-ing, the status of both groups improved. The overall response rate of the observation group was 98%, much higher than 80% of the control group. The quality of life score of the observation group was 688.95 ±95.85 points, obviously higher than 512.85 ±83.95 points of the control group, the CPSI score of the observation group was 16.02±2.87 points, much better than 20.27±3.84 points of the control group, the score of patient＇s satisfaction with nursing of the observation group was 8.54±1.46 points, substantially higher than 5.12 ±1.03 points of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic prostatitis, the efficacy of whole systematic nursing intervention is better, and the scores of the indexes and patient＇s satis-faction with nursing are much better, so it is worthy of popularization and application in the practical nursing process.
