摘要
中山5号品种是以中山4号(高RA苷含量)为母本,中山3号(St苷中等含量)为父本杂交选育的甜菊新品种。中山5号品种平均株高88.7cm,叶绿色,叶缘锯齿宽且深裂,形为柳叶形,叶长平均10.38cm,叶宽平均2.91cm;茎嫩枝端及叶柄部被毛,自然分枝能力较强;干叶平均产量262~297kg/667m^2;2010年对植株有效成分检测结果:糖苷总含量为12.77%,St苷含量为12.67%,RA苷含量为0.02%,St苷/总苷含量达99.22%,为St苷超高含量品种,高St苷是该品种的主要特征特性。
'Zhongshan 5' is a new cuhivar of Stevia rebuaidana, which has been bred from cross female parent ' Zhongshan 4' (high Rebaudioside A content) with male parent 'Zhongshan 3' (high Stevioside content). The parents have been bred by this Institute in 2002. The leaves of 'Zhongshan 5' are willow shaped and green, with serrate broad and deep fissure margin. The average leaf length and leaf width are 10.38 cm and 2.91 cm respectively. The average plant height of the cultivar is 88.7 cm. Young shoots and petioles are with glandular hairs. 'Zhongshan 5' has a strong ability to branch, and its average dry leaf yield is up to 262 - 297 kilogram per mu (667m^2). In 2010, the results of the effective ingredient detection showed that the content of total glycosides of ' Zhongshan 5' was 12.77% of dry leaves weight, and the contents of Stevioside and Rebaudioside A were 12.67% and 0.02% respectively. The rate of Stevioside/total glycosides was up to 99.22%. High stevioside content is the main feature of 'Zhongshan 5'.
