摘要
电信业务的开通过程是影响用户感知的关键环节,分析了运营商的业务开通现状,设计了业务开通服务质量管理平台,在手机端实现了电信业务开通过程的透明化展示,对运营商的企业运营互联网化转型具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。
Fulifllment process of telecom service is the key factor to affect user’s perception. The service fulifllment status of operators was analyzed and a service quality management platform of service fulifllment was designed. Accordingly, the transparent display of telecom service fulfillment process is completed in mobile phone. The platform has referential signiifcance and value to Internet transformation for operators.
