摘要
目的:探讨改良星状神经节阻滞联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将偏头痛患者40例随机分为观察组(应用改良星状神经节阻滞联合氟桂利嗪治疗)和对照组(应用氟桂利嗪治疗),每组各20例,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良星状神经节阻滞联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛,临床疗效满意,安全可靠,不良反应较少,在有条件的医院值得进一步推广应用。
objective To explore clinical curative effect of improved stellate ganglion block combined with flunarizine for the treatment of migraine. Method 40 patients with migraine were randomly divided into observation group （ treated by improvemed stellate ganglion block with flunarizine therapy）and control group（ treated by flunarizine treatment）,with 20 cases in each group,and then the clinical treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate and total effective rate of ob-servation group were obviously higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of improved stellate ganglion block combined with flunarizine to treat migraine is satisfied,safe and reliable,with less adverse reactions,so it is worthy of further popularization and application in qualified hospitals.
