摘要
随着中国联通3G、4G网络的发展,用户的业务需求越来越多样化,用户与网络之间存在大量的信息交互,形成大数据。通过对Iu-ps数据、CDR数据以及MR数据等数据进行分析,研究了用户使用感知与网络规划中覆盖/质量之间的关系。从满足用户良好的使用感知的角度出发,确定网络需要达到的覆盖/质量门限,作为网络规划与建设以及网络优化的目标,使得网络规划建设及优化更加合理,从而节约运营商的网络建设及优化成本。
With the development of China Unicom's 3G and 4G network, the user needs become diverse, there is a lot of information between the user and the network, which forms the big data. By analyzing the lu-ps data, CDR data and MR data, it studies the relationship of coverage and quality in the user perception and network planning. In order to satisfy users, we should get thresholds of coverage and quality, which can be used as network optimization goal, making the network plan, construction and optimization more rational, also it saves costs of the construction and optimization for telecom operators.
