摘要
对南京铁道职业技术学院2011级学生在校3年体质测试结果进行纵向比较分析,初步掌握当代高职生体质健康变化状况,结合学生调查问卷,分析影响大学生体质健康的因素,针对性地提出增强高职生体质健康水平的有效对策与建议。
Through three years physique longitudinal comparison of the NJRTS＇s students of 2011 in the school, we preliminarily grasp of contemporary students physical health changes, combined with the students questionnaire, finally we analyze the factors influencing college students＂ physical health, and then put forward some effective measures to enhance higher vocational students＇s physical health level and give the suggestion.
