摘要
对生成轮廓加工的刀具轨迹算法进行研究。通过计算环的最大坐标值点处相邻两条边的切矢的叉积来判断环的方向。研究待加工轮廓的检取 ,落刀点位置的确定 ,进退刀方式的实现 ,最终生成平面轮廓加工的刀轨。
In this paper an algorithm is studied for the generation of the planar contour milling tool path. The loop direction is judged through the vector product of the adjacent two edges on the vertex with maximum coordinate value. The pick-up of the contour to be machined, the determination of the plunge position, and the implementation of tool entry and retract are researched. Finally, the tool path of planar contour milling is generated.
