摘要
目的建立桃红前列康丸中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilengt Eclipse Plus-C18色谱柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5um）;流动相：甲醇-乙睛-甲酸-水（30∶10∶1∶59）;流速：1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长286 nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.1044~2.0880 ug范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=0.81%（n=6）。结论方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠,可以作为桃红前列康丸中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Taohongqianliekang Pills. Methods The chromatographic systemconsisted of C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 um）,a mobile phase of methonal-Acetonitrile-acetic acidewater（30∶10∶1∶59）. The content was detected at a waveleng of 286 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. Results The Salvianolic Acid B had a good linear relatio in the range of 0.1044~2.0880 ugug（r=0.9996）,the average recovery was 98.18%,RSD=0.86%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is convenient accuracy. It can be used for content determination of salvianolic acid B in Taohong Qian-liekang pills by HPLC.
