宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜组织中胰岛素样生长因子-I和转化生长因子β_1及其受体表达的临床意义分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究宫腔粘连患者宫内膜组织中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及其受体表达的临床意义。方法择取南方医科大学附属深圳市妇幼保健院2012年6月-2014年9月收治的56例接受宫腔镜手术的宫腔粘连者为实验组,依据宫腔粘连程度,将其划分为A组(轻度粘连)、B组(中度粘连)、C组(重度粘连)3组,并另择取22例非宫腔粘连患者为对照组,观察各组IGF-Ⅰ及TGF-β1及其受体表达变化情况。结果实验组IGF-Ⅰ阳性细胞百分率(12.75±4.50)/(25.88±6.52)/(48.36±7.84)vs(7.32±2.51)、IGF-ⅠR阳性细胞百分率(10.35±3.47)/(20.05±3.77)/(44.97±3.34)vs(6.36±2.77)明显高于对照组,且TGF-β1阳性细胞百分率(19.32±6.59)/(27.64±7.18)/(51.48±8.59)vs(8.60±3.36)、TGF-β1R阳性细胞百分率(14.06±4.78)/(19.10±5.18)/(40.48±5.14)vs(6.04±1.09)亦高于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IGF-和TGF-β1在宫腔粘连的发病中具有重要作用。 Objective To explore the clinical implication of intrauterine adhesions endometrial tissue insulin like growth factor I( IGF-I) and transforming growth factor β1( TGF- β1) and expression of its receptor. Methods 56 cases of intrauterine adhesions receiving hysteroscopic operation from June 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,on the basis of intrauterine adhesion degree,theywere divided into group A( mild adhesions),group B( moderate adhesions),group C( severe adhesions),and other 22 caseswithout intrauterine adhesions were observed as control group,the changes of IGF-I and TGFbeta 1 and its receptor expression wereobserved. Results The percentage of IGF-I positive cells in experiment group( % : 12. 75 ±4. 50 /25. 88 ± 6. 52 /48. 36 ± 7. 84 vs 7. 32 ± 2. 51),the percentage of IGF-R positive cells of experimentalgroup( 10. 35 ± 3. 47 /20. 05 ± 3. 77 /44. 97 ± 3. 34 vs 6. 36 ± 2. 77) were significantly higher than those of control group,and the the percentage of positive cells of TGF-β1( % : 19. 32 ± 6. 59 /27. 64 ± 7. 18 /51. 48 ± 8. 59 vs 8. 60 ± 3. 36),the percentage of TGF-β1R positive cells( 14. 06 ± 4. 78 /19. 10 ± 5. 18 /40. 48 ± 5. 14 vs 6. 04 ± 1. 09) were higher than thoseof the control group,differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Insulin like growth factor I and transforming growth factor β1played an important role in pathogenesis of uterine adhesion.
