摘要
目的:对伸筋草袋泡剂制备工艺进行优化。方法:以加醇量、乙醇浓度及药粉与清膏质量比3个因素,伸筋草袋泡剂色泽、均匀性、溶化性、口感与总生物碱的溶出百分率为考察指标,采用正交试验,优化伸筋草袋泡剂制备工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺为伸筋草粗粉加10倍量30%乙醇,回流提取3次,药粉与浓缩清膏按质量比2.5倍混合制粒装袋。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。
Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of common clubmoss straw bag bubble agent. Methods:The orthogonal test was conduced to optimize the preparation technology of common clubmoss bag bubble agent using three factors including the amount of alcohol,ethanol concentration and the mass ratio of powder and paste,and the following indexes were used for investigation such as the colour and luster of common clubmoss straw bag bubble agent,color uniformity,melting,taste and dissolution percentage of total alkaloids.Results:As the optimal preparation process,10 times amount of 30% ethanol was added to common clubmoss herb coarse powder,circumfluence extracting for 3 times,2.5 times of mass ratio of powder and concentrated paste for mixing,granule making and packaging.Conclusion:The extraction process was stable,reasonable and feasible.
