摘要
甲状腺低分化癌(PDTC)是临床病理特点介于分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)和未分化癌(ATC)之间的一种亚型,是起源于甲状腺滤泡上皮的恶性肿瘤。其生物学行为及侵袭性、预后状况均介于DTC和ATC之间。全文对近年来甲状腺低分化癌的诊断和治疗进展进行探讨和综述。
Poorly-differentiated thyroid carcinoma （PDTC） was a subtype between differentiated thyroid carcinoma and anaplastic thyroid carcinoma,which originated from follicular epithelial cells of thyroid gland. The diagnosis and treatment of poorly-differentiated thyroid carcinoma were investigated and reviewed in this article.
