摘要
文章通过对美国高等医学教育发展历史从殖民时代起到现代高等医学教育体系建立的回顾,重点梳理不同时期医学教育中科研和教学两者发展的关系,对美国医学教育发展模型尝试做一次提炼,以期总结不同历史时期医学教育发展的不同特点,寻找医学教育发展的某些内在规律,通过对其发展历程进行剖析,为当前中国医学教育发展遇到的困境解难。
Reviewing through the history of higher medical education in the United States from colonial times to the establishment of modern higher education system,we focused on the relationship between research and teaching in different stages of American medical education development, trying to refine a model in order to summarize different char- acteristics of different historical periods of medical education development. By learning the core value of the whole process, we may know how to solve the current medical education dilemma that China has met currently.
