摘要
目的探讨手术器械管理的实施方法,使手术器械的清洗走向专业化,从而使清洗更彻底、灭菌更有效、器械使用更安全,有效地预防医院感染的发生。方法建立消毒供应中心集中处理手术器械的工作流程和质量标准,对工作人员进行专业化培训,合理配备手工清洗、机械清洗、消毒灭菌所需设备及配套设施、个人防护用品等满足工作需要,相应增加配备手术器械、敷料包等物资基数,保证有效储备和正常供应。结果消毒供应中心集中处理手术器械,保障了清洗包装及灭菌质量,提高了消毒供应人员的专业水平及工作效率,并有效预防了由于器械清洗不彻底造成的医院感染发生。结论将手术器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理,通过对手术器械的专业化清洗、消毒、灭菌,使手术器械的清洗消毒、包装、灭菌更加标准化、规范化和科学化,确保了手术器械的使用安全,保障了手术患者的利益。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the application methods of managing surgical instruments in CSSD ,and to professionalize the cleaning of them ,so as to make cleaning more thoroughly ,sterilization more effective ,and the instruments safer and effectively prevent nosocomial infections .METHODS The CSSD was established to centrally treat work procedure and quality standard of surgical instruments .The staff were trained professionally .Manual cleaning ,machinery cleaning and sterilization as well as the other equipments for personal protective articles were rationally equipped . Basic materials like equipped surgical instruments and surgical dressing packages were increased accordingly to guarantee the efficient storage and regular supply .RESULTS The central treatment of surgical instruments in CSSD ensured the quality of cleaning , packaging and sterilization , and improved the professional level and work efficiency of staff and effectively prevented nosocomial infections caused by incomplete machine cleaning .CONCLUSION The central management of surgical instruments in CSSD can standardize , normalize and scientize the cleaning and disinfection , package and sterilization of them through professional methods .Hence it can ensure the hygiene and the profit of patients who will undergo surgery .
