摘要
随着纺织新型纤维的不断推出,特别是化学纤维的不断改良,纤维表面的摩擦因数差别较大,部分纤维在细纱机牵伸过程中,对细纱牵伸元件产生了不良作用。细纱机后罗拉扭振就是最为突出的问题之一,严重危害成纱质量,是新型纤维加工企业面临的较为普遍的生产质量问题。分析了罗拉产生扭振的原因、危害及检查识别方法,最后提出了解决罗拉扭振的应对措施。
With the successive introduction of new fibers, especially the performance modifica- tion of chemical fibers, coefficient difference of the fiber surface friction is becoming bigger, some fibers produce a bad effect on the spinning drafting components in the drafting process in- cluding the torsional vibration as one of the most prominent problems,causing serious harm on yarn quality,which is a common production quality problems facing the new fiber processing enterprises. Analysis is done to the reasons generate torsional vibration of the roller and the harm and the testing method is given. Finally,a comprehensive countermeasures are recommended.
