摘要
【目的】明确贵州省2013-2014年马铃薯主产区致病疫霉生理小种的类型、组成及分布,为贵州省有针对性地选育、引进和推广马铃薯抗晚疫病品种提供科学依据。【方法】利用一套含有11个主效基因的鉴别寄主,对2013-2014年从贵州省13个马铃薯主产县(市、区)采集得到的260个马铃薯晚疫病菌菌株进行生理小种鉴定。【结果】从260个马铃薯晚疫病菌菌株中共鉴定获得16个生理小种,其中2.5.6.8.9.11号小种出现频率最高,发生频率为26.5%,主要分布在威宁县、黔西县、赫章县、大方县、七星关区、盘县、安顺市和合肥县;其次是2.5.6.8号小种,发生频率为20.8%,主要分布在合肥县、安顺市、黔西县和大方县。2013-2014年贵州省马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种组成中,复合型毒力基因生理小种占据主导地位,其中1.2.4.5.6.8.9.11号小种含有的毒力基因数目最多。安顺市、合肥县、道真县和荔波县的马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种组成较复杂,生理小种数在4-6种;而黔西县和雷山县的马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种组成较简单,仅有2个生理小种。【结论】2013-2014年贵州省马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种有16种类型,优势小种为2.5.6.8.9.11号,次优势种群为2.5.6.8号。贵州省马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种已呈多样性和复杂化的趋势。
[Objective]The present study was conducted to identify the type, composition and distribution of Phytophthora infestans in Guizhou Province in 2013-2014 so as to provide references for late blight resistance breeding in potato and preventing and controlling potato late blight disease. [Method]260 isolates from potato plant of 13 counties and cities in Guizhou Province during 2013-2014 were tested with 11 mono-gene R1-R11 potato clones of potato late blight differential host. [Result]16 different races were found out of 260 isolates. Race 2.5.6.8.9.11 was most common with the frequency of 26.5%, followed by 2.5.6.8 with frequency of 20.8%. Race 2.5.6.8.9.11 was distributed mostly in Weining, Qianxi, Hezhang, Dafang, Qixingguan, Panxian, Anshun and Zunyi, while race 2.5.6.8 was distributed mostly in Zunyi, Anshun, Qianxi and Dafang. In the composition of Phytophthora irffestans in Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2014, com- plex races were dominant, with the race 1.2.4.5.6.8.9.11 being the most complex one. In Anshun, Zunyi, Daozhen and Libo, the composition of the physiological race of Phytophthora infestans was complex. There were 4 or 6 types. In Qianxi and Leishan, the composition of the physiological race was simple. There were 2 types. [Conclusion]There are 16 physiological races of Phytophthora infestans in Guizhou Province in 2013-2014 and the dominant race is 2.5.6.8.9.11, followed by 2.5.6.8. The tendency of physiological race of Phytophthora infestans in Guizhou Province is diversified and complicated.
