摘要
在水溶液中,以壳聚糖(CS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,用辉光放电电解等离子体(GDEP)引发一步合成壳聚糖/聚(2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸-co-丙烯酰胺)(CS/P(AMPS-co-AM))水凝胶。用TG-DTA研究了水凝胶的热稳定性,用FT-IR和SEM对凝胶吸附前后的结构和形貌进行了表征;研究了溶液p H、吸附时间对吸附量的影响,探讨了凝胶的重复利用性和选择性。结果表明,CS/P(AMPS-co-AM)水凝胶对Pb2+达到吸附平衡的时间为1.5 h,优化p H为4,吸附存在螯合作用,吸附动力学符合准2级模型,该水凝胶对Pb2+的吸附具有重复利用性和选择性。
chitosardpoly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid-co-acrylic amide) (CS/P(AMPS-co-AM)) hydrogel was prepared in aqueous solution by glow-discharge electrolysis plasma (GDEP) as the initiator and N, N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide as the cross-linker. The thermal stability of CS/P(AMPS-co-AM) hydrogel was studied by thermal gravimetric analysis (TG-DTA). The structure and morphology of CS/P(AMPS-co-AM) before and after adsorption were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM): The effects of solution pH and adsorption time on the adsorption capacity were investigated in detail. In addition, the adsorption-desorption andselectivity properties of hydrogel for Pb2+ were studied as well. The results showed that the equilibrium adsorption time was 1,5 h and the optimal pH was 4. The chemical complexation played an important role in heavy-metal ion adsorption onto hydrogel. The adsorption process could be described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic. The hydro^el had reusability and selectivity for the adsorption of Pb^2+.
