摘要
目的探讨失效模式与效应分析在住院患者转运流程中的应用效果。方法根据医疗失效模式与效应分析方法,组建项目团队,绘制住院患者转运流程图,找出失效模式及可能失效的原因,计算风险值,找出风险指数较高的失效模式,制定改进措施并落实。结果住院患者转运意外及风险发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论运用失效模式与效应分析方法持续改进住院患者转运流程效果良好。
Objective To investigate the effect of failure modes and effects analysis in the transport process of inpatients. Method According to the method of medical failure modes and effects analysis, the project team was set up to draw flowehart of the transport process of inpatients, to identify possible failure modes and causes of failure, to calculate the risk value, to identify the failure modes with higher risk index, to develop and implement improvement measures. Result The incidence of transport ac- cidents and risk of inpatients was reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The use of failure modes and effects analysis method for con- tinuous improvement of transport process of inpatients had good effects.
