摘要
目的:探讨中医护理干预对冠心病心绞痛患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法:入选的我院收治的50例冠心病心绞痛患者在临床治疗基础上实施中医护理干预,采用Zung抑郁自评量表对本组患者入院时、入院中期、出院时的抑郁不良情绪进行评定。结果:本组患者入院时、住院中期、出院时的抑郁评分分别为(58.3±4.6)分、(52.3±3.8)分、(35.1±4.2)分。其中在入院时轻度抑郁患者24例,所占比例为60%;中度抑郁患者12例,所占比例为30.0%;重度抑郁患者4例,所占比例为10.0%。住院中期轻度抑郁患者28例,所占比例为70%;中度抑郁患者8例,所占比例为20.0%;无抑郁情绪患者4例,所占比例为10.0%。出院时,无郁情绪患者28例,所占比例为70%;轻度抑郁患者12例,所占比例为30.0%。本组患者出院时抑郁评分低于住院中期评分,住院中期评分低于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预有助于改善冠心病心绞痛患者的抑郁情绪,有助于患者康复。
Objective To explore the effect on emotion of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris by TCM nursingintervention. Methods： 50 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris in our hospital were selected and given TCM nursingintervention. The negative emotions were assessed according to the Zung depression self rating scale at three time points; admission,in themid of admission,and discharge. Result：The scores of patients were respectively （58.3±4.6）,（52.3±3.8）,（35.1±4.2） on admission, in themid of admission,and at discharge.24 patients had mild depression on admission, the proportion was 60%;12 patients had moderatedepression, the proportion was 30.0%; and 4 patients had major depression with the proportion of 10.0%. In the mid of admission, 28patients had mild depression,the proportion was 70%;8 patients had moderate depression with the proportion of 20.0%; 4 cases of patientshad no depression with the proportion of 10.0%. At the time of discharge, there were 28 patients without depressive emotion with theproportion of 70%;12 patients had mild depression with the proportion of 30.0%. The depression scores at discharge were lower than thescores in the mid of admission,the scores in the mid of admission were lower than those of admission,and the difference was statisticallysignificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing intervention is helpful to improve depression for patients with coronary heart diseaseangina and help patients recover from the disease.
