摘要
介绍了S-Zorb装置在国内的运行情况;S-Zorb技术的反应机理和特点;针对装置运行中存在的问题,对国产吸附剂研发、再生烟气处理技术、滤芯再利用及远程分析技术等方面进行了研究。通过工业应用,实际运行工况良好,为汽油质量升级提供了可靠的技术保障。
This paper introduces the S-Zorb units in China along with the reaction mechanism and technical features of the process. The researches and development of absorbent, filter elements reuse, regeneration flue gas treatment and remote analysis for this process are discussed as well. The successful industrial practices will provide reliable technical support for gasoline quality upgrading.
