摘要 在公立医院改革与大型医院规模发展的背景下,临床诊断试剂作为医院成本支出的重要组成部分,其科学、规范的统一管理势在必行。通过梳理近两年医院从分散到统一的试剂管理实践,从管理成效中发现问题并分析原因,通过对实验室成员执行偏差与组织管理重要性的探讨,结合医院试剂管理成本控制要点,探索以绩效激励为切入点、加强组织管理提升的医院试剂管理模式。 On the background of public hospital reforms and large hospital scale development, scientific and standardized and unified management on clinical application of in vitro diagnostic reagents as the important part of hospital cost is clearly in order. The article aims to get hospital reagent management model which is based on the breakthrough point to performance motivation and can strengthen organizational management, through analyzing reagent management practice from decentralized to unity in the last two years, finding the problems and analyzing the reasons from management performance ,also ,discussing the implementation deviation to our laboratory members and the importance of organizational management combined with the cost control points of hospital reagent management.
