摘要
日本康复事业起步于1945年,比中国早约43年。经过近70年发展,日本康复从无到有,建立了一个完善的康复体系,无论在运营体系、绩效评估,还是在管理方法上都取得了一套较为成熟的理念和经验。作者通过文献调查,综合分析了日本康复机构运营管理及服务模式的成功经验,并结合国内医疗机构管理现状,为康复机构的运营者和康复科室的管理者提供机构定位、人员配置和效益分析等建议。
Rehabilitation care in Japan was carried out in 1945 and by nearly 70 years of development, a comprehensive rehabilitation system has been established in Japan which involves a series of mature concepts and experiences in terms of operation/management system, outcome evaluation and administrative measures. In this article, literature analysis was carried out to dig into the success story of Japan’s operation/management and service models, in hope they can shed lights on China’s rehabilitation institution management. This article also drew experiences on function positioning, staff composition and benefit analysis of rehabilitation institution administrators and managers of rehabilitation departments.
