摘要
马王庙新沟咀组储层黏土含量高,注水开发后储层含水上升,黏土膨胀运移造成储层出砂。在分析储层防膨抑砂机理基础上,通过对防膨抑砂剂的配伍性、防膨率、抑砂效果进行综合性能评价,优选出阳离子聚合物防膨率为92.7%的防膨抑砂剂DG,矿场试验5口井,出砂油井平均冲砂周期延长199天,防膨抑砂效果好,提高了新沟咀组出砂储层开发效果。
There is rich clay in some reservoirs of Xingouzui Formation, Mawangmiao oilfield. After a waterflooding, the increased water cut may cause sand production due to clay swelling and migration. Based on the analysis of anti-swelling and sand-inhibiting mechanisms,through a comprehensive evaluation on the compatibility, anti-swelling rate and sand-inhibiting effect of an anti-swelling and sand-inhibiting agent, this study optimizes the DG agent with the92.7% of anti-swelling rate of cationic polymer. Five wells are tested and a satisfactory result is achieved. For a sand-producing well, its sand-washing cycle can be extended by 199 days on average. This agent may improve a development effect for sand-producing reservoirs of Xingouzui Formation.
