摘要
针对目前地方医学院校应用型人才培养过程中存在的关键问题,分析了新形势下培养高素质应用型医学人才的迫切性和社会需求性,以培养"德艺双馨"医学人才为目标,构建整合医学模拟教学优势平台,人文素质培养贯穿全过程,以期为地方医学院校应用型高素质人才培养提供借鉴。
Aiming at key problems in cultivating applied medical talents at local medical colleges, this paper analyzes the urgency and the social demand high-quality for applied talents under the new situation, so as to cultivate the medical talents of ＂Excellence in both performing skills and moral integrity＂, and to build integrated medical simulation teaching platform with humanistic quality educa- tion throughout the entire process, in order to provide training reference for the application of local medical talents.
