摘要
为了为弹重控制和引信发射强度、后坐保险机构精准化设计提供参考,以某高炮弹头触发引信为例,以其机械零件各100件称重数据为样本,利用数理统计方法,获得了其机械零件质量分布特性与由这些机械零件随机组合而成的引信产品质量分布特性;约有半数品种的零件质量分布服从正态分布或Weibull分布,大零件质量分布特性对引信质量分布特性影响较大,引信质量与引信本体质量均服从Weibull分布;零件质量较小时因质量测试精度不足,影响其分布规律研判,引信零件质量变化范围一般可按±10%估取;真引信质量变化范围一般可按±3%估取。零件结构维数越多,质量散布就越大。
In order to provide the reference for projectile weight control,fuze strength design and setback arming device design,according to 100 sets of data of parts’mass,the mass distributions of the parts and fuzes composed by these parts were gained with the method of mathematical statistics. More than half of the parts’mass obey the normal distribution or Weibull distribution. It’s hard to judge the mass distribution of some light parts. Mass of fuze parts generally can be estimated by ± 10% ,and mass of the real fuze gen-erally can be estimated by ± 3% . The more parts structure dimension are,the greater the mass spread.
