摘要
介绍了在max DNA分散控制系统中,通过应用冗余I/O模件技术来提高系统可靠性的方法。针对不同的应用场合,max DNA系统的I/O模件冗余配置有冗余I/O模件冗余和混合冗余两种方式,在混合冗余配置方式中有两种混合I/O切换模件Y-MODULE和I-MODULE,为非冗余I/O模件提供了不同的总线接入方式。使用中可根据现场的实际需求对max DNA系统进行灵活的冗余配置,有效提高系统运行可靠性。
The redundant I / O module technology used in maxD-NA distributed control system to improe the system reliability was introduced. Aiming at different applications,there are two modes for the I / O module redundant configuration of the maxD-NA system,which are the redundant I / O module redundancy and the mixed redundancy. In the mixed redundancy configuration mode,there are two mixed I / O switching over modules Y MODULE and I-MODULE,which provide different ways to connect non-redundant I / O modules into I / O bus network. In actua application,according to actual needs,it is able to adopt flexible redundancy configuration for the maxD NA system to improve the system reliability.
