摘要
电镀废水中污染物成分复杂,原有污水处理系统主要采用传统化学法+生化法对电镀废水进行分类处理,但中水回用率达不到要求,电镀基地对原有系统进行技术升级改造,增加电絮凝系统、离子交换系统及反渗透系统,使电镀废水回用达到要求,并通过离子交换实现了铜、镍、铬等重金属的回收。
The original wastewater treatment system mainly use the traditional chemical and biochemical methods for the treatment of electroplating wastewater, the rate of reuse water can not up to the standard. Due to the complexity of pollutant composition in electroplating wastewater. Therefore, the plating base increase the electro flocculation system, ion exchange system and reverse osmosis system for the technology upgrading of the original system, which meet the requirements of the electroplating wastewater reuse, and realized by ion exchange of copper, nickel, chromium and other heavy metals for recycling.
