摘要
目的:分析经皮穴位电刺激治疗纤维肌痛综合征的可行性。方法:通过分析国内外FMS的治疗指南、文献报道及电针起效机制,探讨经皮穴位电刺激治疗FMS的有效性。结果:从理论及临床证据均表明经皮穴位电刺激可以治疗FMS。结论:经皮穴位电刺激可以治疗FMS,但在今后应加强规范化研究。
Objective：To analyze the feasibility of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for fibromyalgia syndrome. Methods：By analyzing FMS treatment guidelines, the literature at home and abroad and the electroaupucture effect mechanism, we explored the treatment effectiveness of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for fibromyalgia syndrome. Results ： Transcuta- neous electrical acupoint stimulation for fibromyalgia syndrome is reasonable from the analysis of theory and clinical evidence. Conclusion： Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for fibromyalgia syndrome is reasonable, but should be strengthened the standardization of research in the future.
