铌、钒、钛微合金钢大方坯表面裂纹的分析与控制

THE RESEARCH AND CONTROL OF BLOOM SURFACE CRACK ON THE Nb, V AND Ti MICRO-ALLOYED STEEL

摘要 Nb、V、Ti微合金化可以显著改善铜的强度、韧性,但Nb、V、Ti微合金元素氮碳化物易在晶界析出,增加裂纹敏感性。针对LG510铜种连铸坯表面裂纹进行研究分析,通过降低、减缓结晶器传热,提高一次、二次冷却强度及均匀性,控制进拉矫机连铸坯表面温度,H型钢轧制裂边比例由27%降至5%。 Micro-alloying of Nh, V and Ti can improve the strength and toughness of steel, but Nb, V and Ti' s nitride and carbide easy to precipitation in the grain-boundary,increase crack-sensitivity.According to the slab surface crack,H structural section defective index reduced 27% to 5%,by slow up the crystallizer heat transfer,increased primary cooling and recooling intensity and homogeous,eontroled slab surface temperature previous into withdrawal straightening stand.
