石灰岩矿物成分对其集料磨光值的灰色关联分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究石灰岩矿物成分对其集料磨光值的影响,基于岩石的矿物成分与集料磨光值的试验数据,利用灰色关联分析方法分析了石灰岩中方解石、石英、白云石和云母的质量分数对其集料磨光值的作用,并得出各矿物成分的灰色关联度排序结果.结果表明:岩石中方解石的质量分数与集料的磨光值的关联度达到0.975,岩石中石英的质量分数与集料的磨光值的关联度达到0.781,说明石灰岩中方解石和石英是影响其集料磨光值的最主要的2种矿物成分;当方解石质量分数减少,石英质量分数增高时,集料的磨光值增大.这就为将力学性能较好的硅质石灰岩作为高速公路抗滑磨耗层的原材料提供了理论支持. The influence of limestone mineral composition on polishing value of aggregate was investigated. According to the test data of limestone mineral composition and polishing value of aggregate,the effects of limestone mineral composition on polishing value of calcite,quartz,dolomite and mica were analyzed by grey incidence analysis to rank mineral compositions by gray relational degree. The results show that the correlation degree between limestone calcite content and polishing value of aggregate reaches 0. 975,and the correlation degree between limestone quartz content and polishing value of aggregate is 0. 781. The contents of calcite and quartz have large influence on the polishing value of aggregate.With the decreasing of calcite content and the increasing of quartz content,the polishing value of aggregate is increased. The results show that cherty limestone with good mechanical property can be used as raw material of anti-skidding surface in expressway.
