摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对沈阳体育学院运动训练系跆拳道部分专修学生运动损伤的部位和原因进行调查,旨在为教练员科学合理的安排训练提供参考。
By using the methods of documents,questionnaire andmathematical statistics,this paper investigates and surveys the position and reason of taekwondo students’sport injury of Shenyang Sport University in order to provide some references for coaches to arrange scientific and reasonable training plan.
