摘要
以16名体育专业男大学生为研究对象,观察急性力竭运动后桑拿浴对机体T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,结果发现:急性力竭运动后进行桑拿浴可抑制CD4+百分比升高,从而影响CD4+/CD8+比值的改变,削弱运动后自身的免疫调节功能。
By taking 16 sports professional college boys as objects of study,we observe the influence of the sauna after acute exhaustive exercise toT lymphocyte subsets,the result shows that it could inhibit the increase of CD4＋percent through sauna after acute exhaustive exercise,thus influencing the change of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio and weakening immune regulating function after exercise.
