中温烧结COG-JT-600L型多层陶瓷电容器(MLC)组成的研究

摘要 多层陶瓷电容器由于具有体积小、容量大、可靠性高的优点,因而在电子工业中应用广泛。本文介绍一种以BaNd_2Ti_5O_(14)为主晶相的热稳定中温烧结粉料。其主要电性能为:介电常数为80(1KHz),温度系数变化率为±30ppm/℃,绝缘电阻大于1×10^(12)Ω,并且损耗角小于2.5×10^(-4)(1MHz)。 Multilayer ceramic capacitors have got applications in electronic industry widely with the advantages of small volum, large capacitor and reliability. This paper relates to a kind of powder of highly stable and me- dium-burned ceramics which basic phase is BaNd_2Ti_5O_(14) Here follows its important electrical properties: the dielectric constant at 80 (at IKH), temprature coefficient of permittivity within 0±30ppm / ℃ insulation re- sistance upon 1x10^(12)Ω, and dielectric loses below 0.00025 (at 1MH)
