摘要
比较了两种从山楂中提取总黄酮苷的方法,最终选择了用水作提取剂,水提山楂的方法。用正交试验法选择最佳工艺条件为:加10倍量的水煎煮提取2次,每次2h。该工艺操作简单,稳定可行。
This paper compares two methods of Extracting Total Flavonoids from hawthorn,ultimately chose water as extracting agent,the method of water extraction of hawthorn. Orthogonal test method was used to se-lect the best extraction conditions were as follows：10 times amount of water extracting for 2 times,each time 2h. The process is simple,stable and feasible.
